Our Story
Lönedirektiv was born from a simple observation: despite decades of equal pay legislation, the gender pay gap persists across the EU. The problem isn't a lack of will — it's a lack of the right tools.
With the EU Pay Transparency Directive (2023/970), entirely new requirements are being placed on employers: salary ranges in job postings, regular reporting to authorities, and joint pay assessments for unexplained gaps. We built Lönedirektiv to make these requirements manageable.
Based in Stockholm with deep understanding of the Swedish labor market's unique conditions — from the Discrimination Act to collective agreements — we offer a platform that combines automated pay gap analysis, job architecture, and regulatory reporting in a single tool.
